Expand description

Appends the ERC-7201 namespaces of contract and its bases to its storage layout.

Namespaced fields are labeled <namespace>.<field>. Malformed annotations, duplicate namespace roots, and errors emitted while computing types are errors, in which case layout is unchanged.
