Expand description

Returns layouts with the ERC-7201 namespaces of each contract appended.

compiler must contain the parsed sources of the artifacts; it is lowered if necessary. Source names are made relative to root to match solc’s. Namespaces are optional decoding metadata, so failures are logged and leave the affected layouts unchanged.
