Returns the word-aligned arguments of the given function calldata if they are followed by a non-zero suffix shorter than a word, such as tracking bytes appended by routers. A trailing ERC-8021 attribution suffix is removed first.
The first argument word must be left-padded like an address, integer, boolean or offset, which packed calldata rarely is.
